Day 148: Layers of the Atmosphere April 20, 2007
Posted by J Gontesky in Homework, Meteorology.trackback
Today we discussed the properties of the atmosphere that can be measured: temperature, heat, and pressure. Following that discussion, students worked in cooperative pairs to take detailed notes on the properties of each of the four major layers of the atmosphere.
Students began work on a diagram of the atmosphere that would incorporate two unique characteristics of each layer, the temperature and pressure profiles of each layer. The project is worth 20 points and due on Wednesday, 04/25/07.
